We bring you an evening in tribute to animals, sentience, and coexistence. May we dine with gratitude and good faith!

1. Garden Harvest
   Szechuan fungus salads, creamy pumpkin roll, Thai green papaya salads with pine nut, vegetable samosas, vegetable maki

   Inspired by tropical gardens and orchards where plants, birds and wildlife thrive together. This plate celebrates the shared spaces we care for as guardians of the wild.

2. Sanctuary Sunrise
   Tangy tomato soup, oregano, herb crouton
   
   A warm beginning inspired by morning calm in a wildlife sanctuary. The bright tang of tomato for a comforting soup that warms and uplifts.

3. Spring Garden Stir-Fry
   Asparagus, celery, fungus, lily bulb

   A bright medley of greens and blossoms from the garden, lightly stir-fried to preserve their natural sweetness.

4. Forest Spice Waltz
   Crispy cauliflower pakora, Masala spices, spicy mango chutney

   Each crisp bite dances with warm masala spices. Golden cauliflower florets celebrate the vibrance of nature, while mango chutney adds a lively, spicy finish.

5. Honey Soy Glazed Tofu
   Honey-style soy glaze, enoki, nori, sesame

   Silken tofu glazed with savoury sweetness, paired with delicate mushrooms and hints of the sea. A meeting of woodland and coastal ingredients reflecting the interconnected ecosystems we are entrusted to protect.

6. Kampong Garden Wok
   Plant nuggets, cashew nut, pimento

   Inspired by Southeast Asian kampongs, cashews and peppers bring colour and a lively heat to this dish. A bold flavour that reflects the vibrant spirit of village life lived alongside nature.

7. Golden Harmony
   Ee Fu noodles, straw mushroom, yellow chive

   Long silky noodles weave together like paths of connection, reminding us that all living beings share a thread of harmony. Straw mushrooms and chives add a gentle, savoury touch.

8. Twilight at Jalan Lekar
   Sago gula melaka, caramelised banana, coconut sorbet
   
   A sweet finale inspired by the quiet evenings around the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre. Caramelised banana, sago and coconut come together in a gentle, refreshing tribute to the warmth and generosity of tropical flavours.
