The ACRES Office is located at the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre.
Please note that ACRES is unable to accept red-eared sliders. Because they are sold as legal pets, accommodating them would take up space meant for native and non-native wild animals that cannot be kept as pets.

In the course of calling ACRES’ hotline and/or reporting offences against animals, ACRES may necessarily need to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data provided during the call and/or provided by you thereafter in relation to this matter for the purpose of facilitating, investigating and processing your reporting of the offence(s). - Disclosure of your personal data to the relevant enforcement agencies for the purposes of investigations;
- Contacting you regarding this report of the offence;
- Use/disclosure of your personal data in the process of record keeping and any internal or external audit or data management process; and
- Any other purpose incidental to the above.
By calling ACRES’ hotline and making the report of the offence, you hereby agree and consent to the collection, usage, disclosure and/or processing by ACRES of your personal data provided during the call and/or provided by you thereafter for the purposes set out above.
